Happy Birthday card and banner

Hello everyone! Here is a birthday card and birthday banner for you guys today. I went with pinks and browns for the birthday girl because those are the colors that remind us of the birthday girl. And polkadots are always fun :)
I added some butterflies and I ran the front butterfly through the Perfect Polkadots embossing folder to go with the polkadots on the paper.
Then I stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment on a banner and placed it on the front of the card.
And here is her birthday banner all set up to block the doorway into her cube :)
I used the same color scheme and paper for her banner so that it would match her birthday card.
And yes, I had to add butterflies to the banner, too ;)
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Happy Birthday card and banner

Hello everyone! My friend celebrated her birthday not too long ago and this is the card that I made for her. This card was fun to make with the different sizes and colors and then trying to put it all together like a puzzle.

And here is her matching banner. For the background of each banner piece, I printed out the matching pattern instead of individually cutting each piece like I did with the card.

Thanks everyone for stopping by. Enjoy your day :)

Birthday banner

Hi! Here is a birthday banner for you guys today. This banner was made for a friend's birthday. It was a week or so late, but that's OK! I like extending birthday celebrations :) And it's always fun to see people's reactions when they walk into the office and see that there's something waiting for them at their cube :D

Birthday Wishes

Hello everyone! Today, I'd like to share a birthday card for a friend at work. She celebrated her birthday a couple of weekends ago but the celebration is never ending :) The ladies took her out to lunch and it was so yummy! I'm a real believer in celebrating your birth month if you can :) hehehe.
I am a HUGE fan of paper and I just love how this paper sparkles! And the colors and pattern is just so pretty. Sometimes, all you need is some pretty paper for a project.
I also added these pretty flowers and layered them to give the card some dimension. And my hubby was so sweet to help me with picking out the button for the flower :)
Along with the card, I of course had to make a birthday banner! I love banners, they are so fun! Stay tuned for pics of the banner in action along with some mini decorations that we put up in her cube.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day :)

Flower Bday Banner

Hello everyone! Happy Friday :) Here is the birthday banner that I made for my friend's birthday.
I wanted to try something a little different with this banner. This time, I went with a flower theme. I used the Big Shot to cut out all the flower shapes, then cut out each letter and punched out the circles for the center of each flower.
Here is another close up of the each flower with a single letter on each. I went with Rich Razzleberry and Pumpkin Pie. And I used Whisper White to make the letters pop on each flower.
Oh and look.... surprise, surprise... a butterfly! Hey, I needed something to add to the spacer between Happy and Bday, so why not a butterfly?
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your day :)

BDay Banner

Hi! Today I'd like to share the birthday banner that I made for a friend. I wasn't able to sneak in before she got into the office, so we tied it up while she was sitting at her desk. Surprise! But even though we weren't able to tie it up early in the morning, she was still very surprised that we even had a banner for her. She's such a rock star! Of course we were going to do something for her birthday!!
I just love how the Just Add Cake DSP (124339) looks. Love the colors and patterns! And you can find it in the clearance rack which is even better!!
And I created all these banner pieces using the Big Shot (113439), the 3 Inch Circle Originals Die (122125), the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz Die (114507), the Perfect Polka Dots folder (117335) and the Stripes folder (123128).
Oh and last minute, I added an itty bitty flower on each banner piece using one of the punches from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack (118309).
And we strung up the banner using some pretty Daffodil Delight 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (126872).
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Happy Birthday Cupcake

Hello! Today I'd like to share the last project that we did in my stamping class last month. For one of the projects, I wanted to use some Stampin Write Markers and decided to make this birthday card.
We stamped the Happy Birthday Cupcake sentiment with the cute cupcake image then colored the cupcake in with a few different Stampin Write Markers. I love these markers because you can change up stamped images in so many different ways and still coordinate with SU product.
To add some texture to the card, we used the Perfect Polkadots embossing folder and the Stripes folder for the pieces at the top of the card. And of course, we added some tiny flowers from the Itty Bitty Punch pack.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!

Feeling Sentimental project

Hi!! This is another card from Stamp Camp :) My friend and fellow demo Sarah demo-ed this card. This card has a ton of elements that I love. There's a banner, ribbon, sponging and those oh so cute flowers from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309). I'm telling you, that punch set is a must have!
The stamp image and sentiment are from the feeling sentimental Stamp Set (Clear 129630, Wood 129627). I love the look of this stamp set because of the vintage feel. And don't forget, you can get this stamp set for free during SAB :)
And another great item that you can get during Sale-a-Bration for FREE is the
Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper (127540). I love all the colors and the different paper patterns.

A Banner Card

Hello! OK, so I am a HUGE fan of the Tea for Two Designer Series Paper (129311). I just love the color combination and various patterns on each sheet. There wasn't a special occasion for this card, but I wanted to play with the paper and make something. So, I made a clean and simple card with some fun banners :)
I was inspired to make this type of banner from one of the cute little note cards that we got to make in Niki's Little Lovies class. Click here and here to check out the different note cards from class. And click here to check out what her next class is all about.

Happy Birthday Cupcake

Hello! Today, I'd like to share a birthday card that I made for a special little girl who just celebrated her 3rd birthday. We couldn't make it to Naomi's birthday party because I wasn't feeling but luckily we got to see her and her family over the weekend. We got to give her birthday present and card and the cutest part was that my lovely nephew was so kind enough to present her with the gift bag and help her open it :)
Her birthday invitation was the cutest cupcake so I decided to create a card with that in mind. I was inspired by a banner that my friend and upline Nicole made. Click here to check out her banner. It's pretty fabulous :)
I was going to add a cherry on top, but decided to add a cupcake topper instead. Since I still needed to add the "happy birthday" sentiment, it worked out great!
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend :)

Thanks!

Hello! Here is another Spring Catalog class card and it was inspired by a card that my friend and upline Nicole made. Click here to check out her card. And click here to check out her awesome blog. She shares teehee4two with her sister Andrea and they are pretty awesomely creative :)
I loved the card so much that I just had to case it. Aren't the butterflies so pretty? They look like they're flying up the card, don't they? hehe.
This card featured a lot of items from the new Spring Catalog and from Sale-a-bration. Click here to flip through the spring catalog and click here to flip through the SAB catalog.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend :)

BDay Banner

Hello! Here's another birthday banner for you today. My friend Marita made it and isn't it so cute?!?! I love the color combo of the red, black and white. And the paper that she used is pretty cool with the different words and fonts.
My friends at work sure do like decorating cubes, don't they? hehehe. All the streamers and ribbon everywhere! And it was Catherine's idea to block off the entrance so you had to duck under to get in and out. hahaha.
And check this birthday card out! hehehe. Love it! My friend Patricia got it :) Such an awesome card and it's the musical kind, too!
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day :)

Jenevene's bday banner

Hello! Here is the banner that I made for Jenevene's birthday awhile back.  I went with bright colors for her because she's always so chipper! She is always going a mile a minute! For awhile there, some of us thought that she was living on 5 Hour Energy stuff, but no, it's just her ;) hehehe.
There was a lot of Big Shot fun going on with this banner. I used the Scallop Square Bigz Clear die (115950) and the 3" Circle Originals die (122125).
I also used the retired Serif Essentials Alphabet dies for the letters. And this time around, I went with black letters so that they would pop against the white circle background.
And of course, I had to add a little butterfly in there somewhere. I used the Beautiful Butterflies Bigz die (114507), which is one of my favorite dies :) I think it was also one of my first SU products that I bought.
Thanks for stopping by today and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Guest Stamper - Juliana

Hello and happy Saturday! Today I'd like to share a card with you that my friend and fellow crafter & stamper Juliana made. Isn't this card so cute? You should hop on over to Studio Julz and check out all her fun creations. She's such a crafty girl and she goes on retreats with her craft group. How fun is that?!?!?!

This card was for Meghan's birthday. The group got to sign the card and wish her a very happy birthday. There was even cake and ice cream during our team meeting! She's so special :)

And how fun is that Petite Pennants Builder punch (122361)?!?! It makes such cute little banners for cards and projects. And how about flipping it over to make cute little christmas trees? Fun, right?!?! I think I'll have to make some this holiday season :)

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your weekend!!
