Congratulations

Hello everyone. Over the weekend was my monthly stamping class and I'll be sharing the cards that the ladies got to make for the next several days. I went with clean and simple for all the cards and this is the first one I want to share with all of you today.
We used the Blossom punch (125603) and crumpled it up to create the look of this flower. The "congratulations" stamp is from the Cuddles & Kisses stamp set (Clear 127314, Wood 127312).
And the flowers and leaves are from the Betsy’s Blossoms stamp set (Clear 126006, Wood 126004). I also went with a few of the 2011-2013 In Colors. I love Calypso Coral, Island Indigo and Lucky Limeade :)
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Get Well Soon

Hello! Happy Saturday everyone! Here is the other 3-D project that we made in my monthly stamping class. This was another hit and the ladies were excited to bring home this oh so cute tissue holder. I was excited to make this card for class, too. Ever since I got this tissue holder from Andrea as one of the swaps from Nicole's AMAZING tea party downline meeting and after seeing my friend Jen demo it at our Spring Sampler stamp camp, I was inspired and knew that I had to CASE them one day :) Click here to check out Andrea's tissue holder and click here to check out Jen's.

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your weekend :)

Easter Cards

Hey everyone! I know Easter was awhile ago, but I haven't had a chance to post the cards that we gave to our families when we spent Easter Sunday with them. So, I wanted to share them with you guys today. For the colors, I went with Crumb Cake, Lucky Limeade and Wisteria Wonder.

This year, I decided to go with a somewhat interactive card. On the front of the card, I used the Blossom punch (125603) to make the flower, the bitty flower punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309) to create little flowers and the Bitty Butterfly punch (129406) to add to the middle of the flower.

When you pull the card open, the flower flips over and on the back, which is the inside of the card, is the Easter Wishes sentiment. I also stamped butterflies on the envelope for fun. hehe.

And of course, I added more itty bitty flowers on the inside of the card :) The space was a little small, but we also added our own personal message along with the stamped sentiment.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Get Well Tissue Box project

Hello! OK, I know I've shared tons of pictures of the venue and samples and displays from Stamp Camp, now I'll be sharing the amazing projects that the ladies got to make and take home. There were 6 projects - five cards and one 3-D. This 3-D is a tissue holder. My friend and fellow demo Jen demo-ed this project. How adorable is this tissue box?!?!
For this Get Well Tissue Box project, we used the Fancy Fan folder (127751) and the Blossom punch (125603). The sentiment "get well soon" is from the Delightful Dozen stamp set (Clear 122652, Wood 122650) and was punched out with the Decorative Label punch (120907).
To hold the flowers together, we used the Designer Builder Brads (129329) that are in the Spring Catalog. What's great about these brads is that you can totally personalize each one!
And to pull the individual pieces of tissue through this lovely tissue holder, we used the Extra-Large Oval punch (119859) to create the opening. And don't you just love that Tea for Two Designer Series Paper (129311)? I do! It's so pretty :)
Come back tomorrow to check out another project from our Spring Sampler stamp camp.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day :)

Oh Happy Day!

Hey everyone! Here is another card from this month's class. We got to play with some Sale-a-bration items. And remember, you can earn Sale-a-bration items for FREE :)
Here is the Blossom Punch (125603) and we added one of the Sale-a-bration buttons from the sycamore street Ribbon & Button Pack (130812). And look at that pretty DSP - sycamore street Designer Series Paper (127540). It's one of my faves right now.
The 'oh happy day!' sentiment is from the bloomin’ marvelous Stamp Set (Clear 129654, Wood 129651), which is also from the Sale-a-bration catalog. Click here to check out the rest of items that you can earn for free.
Thanks for stopping by! Have an oh happy day :)

Happy Birthday Blossom

Hi! Here is a tri-fold birthday card for you today. I simply LOVE this Sycamore Street Designer Series Paper (127540) and what's even better is that you can get it for FREE!! Yup, it's that time again! SALE-A-BRATION :) wooohooooo! It's the best time to check things off of your wish list because with every $50 order, you get to choose a Sale-a-bration item for free! yay!
So, it's been awhile since I've added a flower on a card and I love using the Blossom Punch (125603) to punch out a few flowers, crumple them up and layer them together to add a little dimension to the flower.
And there's that Elegant Butterfly punch (127526) again. Yeah, it's another one of my favorites :) Oh and look, another lovely item that you can earn for free.... new Pool Party ribbon which you can get in the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack (130812).
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your day!!

And a little shout out to my friend and upline Nicole.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! I'm hoping to get your card and gift to you soon. Enjoy your special day :)

Congratulations

Hello! Here is a card that I made for our department to sign for someone who is moving on to other adventures. Her last day was last Friday and she was presented with this card, lovely flowers and kinda words from our mister boss man.
This card was filled with various messages from all of us wishing her well and good luck in her new job. We will all miss her but we know that she will be awesome and her new team will be lucky to have her.
I used the Blossom Punch (125603) and the 'congratulations' sentiment is from the Sweet Essentials stamp set (Clear 126457, Wood 126455). I also went for this paper because of all the different butterflies. Again, it's a work thing :)
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Curly Cute Thank You

Hello! I have a Thank You card for you guys today. I made this for a friend at work and I'm going to drop it off at her desk along with some SU fun :) For this card, I went with Gumball Green (126840), Summer Starfruit (126839), Very Vanilla (101650) and Floral District DSP (126919). Aren't those new In-Colors so pretty :)
I punched out a bunch of little flowers using the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309) and added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels (119246) for a little bling :) And I stamped the THANK YOU sentiment from the Curly Cute stamp set (Clear 120510, Wood 117014) with Raspberry Ripple ink (126859).
I also used the Blossom Punch (125603) and used the negative space to show the Floral District DSP. And I also went a little Big Shot crazy using the Argyle Folder (127750), the Fancy Fan Folder (127751) and the Perfect Polka Dots Folder (117335) on different pieces of the card.
I wanted to add a butterfly on top of the blossom flower so I grabbed my ever so wonderful Beautiful Butterflies Bigz die (114507). I'm telling you, this die gets a ton of use. I love adding butterflies to as many projects as possible!
Enjoy your day and thanks again for stopping by!

Turkey Lurkey

Hey everyone! Here is one of the lovely cards from stamp camp :) This card is so adorable! And I just LOVE punch art! Don't you? Check out how one of my favorite punches is used for this card.

Isn't this little turkey so cute?!?!?!?! And who knew that you could use the Blossom Punch (125603) to make this turkey?!?! Genius! I have to say it again... I love punch art :) hehehe.

I do love the colors of this card. The Orchard Harvest Designer Series Paper (126895) features a ton of colors that are great for the Fall and Thanksgiving. And that Woodgrain Embossing folder (127821) is another must have for you Big Shot fans out there :)

If any of you are interested in purchasing a to-go kit from Stamp Camp, email me and I can send you all the info but hurry! The to-go kits are only available for purchase for a few more days!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!

Happy Birthday

Hello everyone! Here is the birthday card that I made for Camille's birthday. I'm giving it to her a day late, but that's OK, nothing wrong with extending the birthday fun ;) The DSP I used is retired but I like the color combo - Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade, Wisteria Wonder and Early Espresso. And I just love the 2011–2013 In Color ribbon so I had to use some Lucky Limeade 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon.

The 'Happy Birthday' sentiment is from the Bring on the Cake stamp set (Clear 121958, Wood 121899). This is one of my favorite stamp sets for birthday cards and projects because of all the different ways to wish someone a happy birthday. There are even stamps that you can use for the inside of cards. Really a must to put on your wish list :)

And to make the ruffled and layered flower, I used the Blossom Punch (125603) and to keep the pieces together, I used one of the Antique Brads (117273). These brads are another product of SU that is on my faves list. If you're a fan of embellishments, add these to your wish list, too!

I hope Camille likes her card and I hope she enjoyed her special day! I also gave her birthday gift with this card so stay tuned! I'll be sharing her gift with you guys soon :)

Have a wonderful day and thanks for stopping by!

Wonderful You Blossom Punch

Hi everyone! Here's another fun 8 for $8 card. I did have fun making this one because I got to play with one of my favorite Stamp Sets - Mixed Bunch (Clear 125537, Wood 125535) and one of my favorite punches - the Blossom Punch (125603)

We stamped a mixed bunch flower randomly to create the background on the Crumb Cake card stock (120953). Then we stamped the same flower image onto Whisper White card stock (100730) and punched it out with the Blossom Punch.

And the Wonderful You sentiment is from one of the stamp sets that has become one of my go-to sets. I seem to be grabbing it more and more these days. It is the Loving Thoughts stamp set (Clear 125845, Wood 125843).

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the beginning of your week!
