Hello! Here is an MDS page for you guys today. My brother, sister-in-law, my SIL's sister and I went on a guided tour at Castello di Amorosa. I've always stopped by and took pictures of the lovely castle and it's surroundings but never had the chance to go inside. So, after hearing my friend Marita talk about it, I talked to my SIL and she booked us a tour, which included a private wine tasting room and everything :) And after our tour, which was led by a tour guide who is from Italy (he was so nice!), we had a picnic lunch at V. Sattui Winery. Yum Yum!
And here's a little bit of history about the castle -
Castello di Amorosa is a winery located near Calistoga, California.
First opening its doors to the public in April 2007, it is the pet
project of 4th generation vintner, Dario Sattui who also owns and
operates the V. Sattui Winery named after his great-grandfather who originally established a winery in San Francisco in 1885. The castle interiors, which include 107 rooms on 8 levels above and
below ground, cover approximately 121,000 square feet.
Among many other features it has: a moat; a drawbridge; defensive
towers; an interior courtyard; a torture chamber; a chapel/church; a
knights' chamber; and a 72 by 30 feet great hall with a 22-foot high coffered ceiling.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day :)

Happy Valentine's Day!
Hello everyone! Here's another MDS2 page that I made to print and frame. I love paper and I love prints and I love how they look in frames on the wall :)
And I love how MDS2 has so many lovely templates that you can use for so
many different types of projects and I love how the possibilities are
endless because you can change up certain elements of a template if you like. It's totally up to you! Kinda
like what I did with this template. I chose the template, changed the DSP to the lovely Tea for Two Designer Series Paper, added several butterfly punches, and changed up the colors to match the DSP. Quick, easy and fun!!
Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Enjoy this day with loved ones and may the rest of the year be filled with love and happiness, too :)

MDS - I Love This
Hey everyone! Happy Friday! Today, I'd like to share a little MDS with you. Lately, I've been thinking about adding some frames on the walls of my craft room and I wanted to use My Digital Studio to help out a bit. So, I took one of my favorite new pictures of my nephew and niece and added it to this template. I just added a couple stamped images and changed some colors here and there. Now, all I have to do is print it and frame it :)
I got this template from the LEMONADE STAND Digital Disc (130677). As soon as I saw it, I knew that I wanted to add this picture to it. I LOVE THIS! And what's great about the Lemonade stand digital disc is that you can earn it for FREE!! Gotta love Sale-a-bration time! Click here to check out more info.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful Friday :)

Calendar for 2013
Hello!! Here is a little calendar that I made for my parents and for my sister-in-law's parents. A little something to keep on a desk somewhere with tons of pictures of their adorable little grandson to look at throughout the year :)
Gotta love MDS2!! I found these calendar kits at Office Max and it was so easy to make and assemble. Just create with MDS2 using some calendar and photo templates, print using a home printer and viola! A new 2013 calendar :) Here are some examples of the calendar pages:
These were so fun to make, now I'm thinking I need to make one for my desk at work :)
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Captain America Goodie Bags & Favors
Hey everyone! Sorry, for those who visited today and all you saw were pictures. Silly me forgot to write a little something to go with what I'm sharing with you today! Here are the favors that I made for the adults for my nephew's birthday party. I totally lucked out when I saw these at the Dollar Tree of all places! They are star shaped glass tea light holders. Perfect for a Captain America themed party, don't you think? I added a red tea light, a Captain America shield made with MDS2, and tied it all together with blue and white ribbon :)
Here are the goodie bags with all the prizes from our "Who Knows Joshua Best" game. This year, I saved some trees and just yelled out the questions and gave the prize to the first person with the right answer. Let me tell you, people got so competitive this way! hehehehe. But it was fun :)
I also used MDS2 to make these water bottle wraps. So easy and so fun and adds that little extra touch.
And here are the goodie bags for the kiddies. All boys this time around so I went with blue bags (even though blue isn't just for boys since it's my favorite color). Used MDS2 again for the shields, grabbed some blue & red curling ribbon and stuffed the bags with some fun Captain America themed goodies. The kids seemed to enjoy them :)
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day everyone :)

Captain America Birthday Banner
Hello! Today, I'd like to share some of the decorations from my little nephew's birthday party. And the Captain America theme with the red, white and blue colors is kinda fitting for today, don't you think? With it being election day and all. Anyhoo, instead of politics, let's talk parties :)
Here is the birthday banner that I made. I love MDS2 and all that it can do! I already had this template for the individual pennants for the banner from a digital kit that I downloaded, and with the new features of MDS2, I was able to change the colors and added my own Captain America spin on them. MDS2 is so much fun! If you don't have it yet, click here to download the FREE 30-day trial version. You should really check it out :)
I originally had each letter in front of a Captain America shield but the letters weren't that legible. So, with some creative direction from my lovely hubby, he had suggested to remove the blue center and the star from the shield and place the star lower on the pennant so that each letter would pop with the red background. Genius, right? And I love that he gets involved with the craftiness every now and then :)
Stay tuned for the goodie bags and the favors that I made for the birthday boy's party.

Let's Go Giants!!!!
Hello! What a GREAT game last night! At least for SF Giants fans it was! hehehe. And so many people were probably singing in the rain at AT&T Park :D I know I was singing and dancing, jumping and cheering in my family room!
My husband and I were so excited and when we saw those pretty cool looking National League Championship shirts that the players had on last night, we totally geeked out and went online to place our orders for NL Champs gear. hehe.
And of course, today I wanted to talk about our beloved SF Giants and I had to do it with some SU style. So, here is an MDS2 page for you guys today.
I think I may have to print this out and frame it :) And with the printing prices for My Digital Studio projects being slashed forever, it makes it so much easier to create and order on MDS2. Click here to check out the new prices for all the projects that you can create using MDS2. And click here to download MDS2 to try it out FREE for 30 days.

Surf Board Onesies
Hi! Here's more from Camille's baby shower. To go along with the surf board theme, I made some onesies for baby Milo. I used MDS2 again :) I printed the surf boards from the Summer Splash Stamp Brush Set - Digital Download (126039) onto iron on paper and then ironed them onto the white onesies. (sorry for the somewhat dark and blurry pictures).
And here are the onesies that Marita made. Aren't they so super cute! I really need to get brave and take out my sewing machine so that I can actually get started on a sewing project. hehe. Because look at the fun stuff you can make when you bust out the sewing machine!!
And here are all the onesies together on a line and there's the banner right below it :)
These types of decorations are so fun to make! And I love how mommy and daddy could take home the onesies for baby Milo to wear one day :)

Hello Baby Milo
Hello everyone! Here is a banner that I made for my friend Camille's baby shower last week. We were thinking of a few different themes for the shower and my friend Marita came up with surf boards! So super cute :) I used MDS2 and the Summer Splash Stamp Brush Set - Digital Download (126039) to print out a bunch of surf boards on Whisper White card stock (100730). They kinda look like little surf board DSP. hehe.
Here is the banner at the baby shower. I decided to go with "Hello Baby Milo".
For the color scheme of the baby shower, I went with the 2011–2013 In Colors - Calypso Coral, Island Indigo, Lucky Limeade, Pool Party and Wisteria Wonder. And to string the banner together, I used the new 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon in Whisper White (126877).
Come back and visit because this week, I will be sharing more baby shower fun and decorations!!
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day :)
