MDS Baptism Card

Hi everyone! Here is the card that I made for my cousin's daughter's baptism. I've always thought that this stamped image was so pretty and I wanted to use it on her card.

I used the flowers on a stem stamped image from the Thoughts & Prayers digital download. And typed in the sentiment since I did not have a Baptism stamp set that I wanted to use. That's one of the great things about MDS. You can add any sentiment you like by using any font that you already have on your computer! And with MDS, the colors match your Stampin' Up! card stock when you print it out :)

To add some dimension to this card, I punched out some flowers using the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309) and added some Rhinestone Basic Jewels (119246) to the center of each flower. And I just added a strip of Lucky Limeade 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon (122977) and there you have it... another clean and simple card :)

Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!!

More MDS - Your Baby's Baptism

Hi! Here is another hybrid card that I made for my cousin's daughter's baptism. My sister-in-law also requested a card from me :) My family is so sweet to think of me when it comes to making cards for special occasions :D

I went with a similar layout that I used for my mom and dad's card that I posted earlier this week. Click here to check out that card. For this card, I used the Script DSP for the background and the bird from the Elementary Elegance digital download.

I layered the MDS piece onto coordinating Wisteria Wonder card stock and added some Whisper White and Wisteria Wonder flowers with some basic rhinestones to the card front.

And there you go, another clean and simple card using MDS :) I love that there are so many possibilities when using MDS!

Thanks for stopping by and have a great week!

MDS - Your Baby's Baptism

Hello everyone! Today, I'd like to share a clean and simple hybrid card. My mom and dad asked me to make a card for my cousin's daughter's Baptism and I decided to use a little bit of my MDS. I went with something simple and came up with this...

Once you have your template going on, it's easy to just print and layer onto a card with coordinating card stock. I also added some little flowers and bling to add a little dimension to the card. Of course, I used the Itty Bitty Shapes Punch Pack (118309).

Thanks for stopping by and enjoy the beginning of your week :)
